The Legal Department provides legal services and counsel to other company divisions. It is responsible for the preparation of opinions, contracts, and correspondence.It supervises the formulation of internal governance policies and ensures regulatory compliance. In addition, our counsellors handle matters of civil liability, as well as of copyright and intellectual property.
